1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@alleyduds.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • After verifying your eligibility, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the specific return address to which you should send the product.
  • Package the item securely and include a copy of your original order invoice or packing slip, along with the RA number clearly written on the package.
  • Ship the item using a reliable and trackable shipping service. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that the following conditions apply to the refund process:

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the full purchase amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to the product’s condition, the refund will exclude the original shipping charges, and a restocking fee may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they have been used, such as undergarments and earrings. Custom-made or personalized products are also not eligible for return or refund.

5. Damaged or Lost Returns:

We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service when returning items. Alley Duds is not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process.

6. Exchange Policy:

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
